- In stock products such as potted plants and vase will be ready to deliver within in 3 – 5 working days.
- Artificial Garden such as vertical garden, horizontal garden : After deposit has been made, It will take approximately 5-7 days for material preparation and 1-2 days installation (Depends on area).

Cancellation / Refund
We don’t have refund/return policy. Any cancellation after the payment will be just cancelling an order but no refund (non refund deposit).

After payment has been arranged, product cannot be cancelled or refund.
Large Tree and Garden:
After a deposit has been made, thus the customer cancels the order/service, no refund will be issued in any case.
